Why Independent Coffee Consultancy & Training Services?

After nearly 20 years in the coffee industry, firstly as a Service Engineer and then Training Manager, I am constantly surprised at seeing the wrong coffee machines serving the wrong coffee in the wrong site, and all because the salesperson has convinced you that his company's coffee machine is the best!!

If you are already serving coffee, or are thinking of serving coffee, we can give you the kind of impartial advice that a salesperson won't.

In one case a salesperson had told a customer that their coffee machine required 2 shots of 7½ grams of coffee to make a single espresso. You've guessed it, the salesperson was also providing the customer's coffee as well as the machines.
